Enrollment Checklist
Application
- Visit LifeTechAcademy.org
- Click “Enroll Now” button
- Create an account or sign in if you already have account
- Complete all fields
- Click “submit”
- Receive email confirmation
Registration
- You will receive two emails (1) from Salesforce (1) from us titled ‘Next Steps’
- Copy “code”
- Click on email link
- Enter code to sign in to Salesforce
- Click on registration and complete all of the fields
- On document uploads page scan or take pictures with your phone. Alternatively, email documents to enroll@lifetechacademy.org, or text 517-242-3070
- Click submit
- Return to your email to complete registration for multiple students. You will have a separate Salesforce email for each student with their own unique code
Scheduling
- You’ll receive email to schedule an appointment with us
- Click Calendly link and select date and Zoom or phone appointment
- Attend scheduled appointment
- Select courses
- Select platforms
- Create schedule
- Request equipment
- Schedule Engaged! Session. K-5: parents attend with Learner. 6-12 grade parents attendance is optional
Engaged!
- Receive reminder email from learner program coordinator
- Receive second reminder from office staff
- Receive package in mail with equipment and email login or receive letter in mail with email login if no equipment was requested
- Attend two-day Engage! session
- Start classes!
